Quick Restaurent Style Mushroom Fried Rice
It is a tasty recipe for rice and chapathy.It is good for health also.It is an easy recipe for working people.

- 1 cup Mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicm
- 1 tsp Chili sauce
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Cooked basmathi rice
Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
Add capsicm and mushroom and saute for a minute.
Close the kadai with a lid and cook for 2 minutes in high flame.
Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce , pepper and salt saute for a minute.
Add cooked rice to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Now quick restaurent style fried rice
