Chicken Salad

This is a execellent dish with chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • chicken 250 gms
  • buttermilk 2cups
  • turmeric powder 1/2 sp
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • pepper powder 1 sp
  • salt
  • kasturi methi 1 sp
  • cabbage 1 cup
  • cucumber 1 cup
  • capsicums 1/2 cup
  • capsicum 1cup

Instructions
 

  • take butter milk in a bowl
  • add turmeric,chlli and pepper
  • add kasuri methi and salt to it
  • marinate chicken for 2 hrs
  • after 2 hrs shallow fry the chicken in low flame on both sides
  • meanwhile in butter saute onions, cabbage, carrots,caapsicum with pepper and salt
  • mix it along with chicken pieces and serve along with cucumbers
