Cauliflower Oats

This simple dish is a good healthy one to start up the day

Ingredients
  

  • grated cauliflower 1 cup
  • oats 1 cup
  • brown sugar 2 sp
  • cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • 7 almond 6
  • flax seeds 2 sp
  • water 3 cups

Instructions
 

  • cook grated cauliflower in water
  • when cooked add oats to it
  • meanwhile make a fine powder of almond and flax seed
  • add this powder to oats with a pinch of cinnamon powder
  • to this add required brown sugar simmer it and serve
