grated cauliflower 1 cup
oats 1 cup
brown sugar 2 sp
cinnamon powder 1 pinch

flax seeds 2 sp
water 3 cups
Instructions
cook grated cauliflower in water
when cooked add oats to it
meanwhile make a fine powder of almond and flax seed
add this powder to oats with a pinch of cinnamon powder
to this add required brown sugar simmer it and serve
