Ingredients
  

  • aloo 3 no.
  • curry leaves 1 cup
  • small onion 5 no.
  • red chili 2 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 2 no.
  • fennel seed 1/2 tsp
  • coconut 1/5 cup
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 5 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the aloo into small cubes
  • take curry leaves, onion, coconut, fennel seed, ginger, garlic.red chili, and green chili
  • make a paste by grinding it
  • heat the oil in the kadai and add aloo and mix it
  • add the curry leaves paste and mix well
  • add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  • allow to cook until the aloo and curry leaves paste get cooked well
  • now aloo curry leaves fry is ready. serve with curd rice
