Coconut Vegetable Salna

this is simple and easy salna for idly roti and paratha. this healthy too. i added only two vegetable you can add more as you like..

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Potato
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 4 Red chili
  • 1 tsp Poppy seed
  • 1 tso Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera

Instructions
 

  • Grind Coconut, onion. tomato and poppy seed and red chili and keep aside
  • Now In pan add oil and temper jeera and saute 1/2 onion chopped and saute well
  • Now saute chopped vegetable with salt
  • Now add grind paste and mix well and cook in low flame for 5 mins
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min
  • Now add water and cook for 10 mins
  • Now its ready to serve
