Coconut Vegetable Salna
this is simple and easy salna for idly roti and paratha. this healthy too. i added only two vegetable you can add more as you like..

- 1/2 cup Potato
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 2 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 4 Red chili
- 1 tsp Poppy seed
- 1 tso Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Jeera
Grind Coconut, onion. tomato and poppy seed and red chili and keep aside
Now In pan add oil and temper jeera and saute 1/2 onion chopped and saute well
Now saute chopped vegetable with salt
Now add grind paste and mix well and cook in low flame for 5 mins
Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min
Now add water and cook for 10 mins
Now its ready to serve
