Aloo Methi Sabzi

this is simple and easy recipe. this good combo for roti, chapathi, pulaks and ghee rice etc.., is good in aroma with methi leaves

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boiled Potato
  • 1/4 cup Fenugreek
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and temper jeera
  • Now add onion and saute well and add ginger garlic paste and saute well
  • Now add all powder and mix well
  • Now add chopped methi and cook in low flame for 5 mins
  • When it cooked well add boiled potato and mix well
  • Now add 1/4 cup water and cook till water drains and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve
