Aloo Methi Sabzi
this is simple and easy recipe. this good combo for roti, chapathi, pulaks and ghee rice etc.., is good in aroma with methi leaves

- 2 boiled Potato
- 1/4 cup Fenugreek
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
In pan add oil and temper jeera
Now add onion and saute well and add ginger garlic paste and saute well
Now add all powder and mix well
Now add chopped methi and cook in low flame for 5 mins
When it cooked well add boiled potato and mix well
Now add 1/4 cup water and cook till water drains and turn off
Now its ready to serve
