Mutton Egg Burji

A personal favourite among all the eggetarians, scrambled eggs and minced mutton are easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton 100gram
  • egg 2 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • green chili 1 no.
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coriander masala 1 tsp
  • ginger small piece
  • garlic 2 no.
  • curry leaves 5 no.

Instructions
 

  • mince the mutton and clean and wash it
  • chop the onion, tomato, green chili, ginger and garlic
  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  • add tomato and green chili and mix well
  • add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander masala and mix well
  • add minced mutton and mix well
  • add 4 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cooked
  • once the mutton get cooked add egg
  • mix well and allow to cook in medium flame
  • once the egg mix well with mutton, turn off the flame
  • now mutton egg burji is ready to serve
