mince the mutton and clean and wash it
chop the onion, tomato, green chili, ginger and garlic
in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, ginger and garlic
add onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
add tomato and green chili and mix well
add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander masala and mix well
add minced mutton and mix well
add 4 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cooked
once the mutton get cooked add egg
mix well and allow to cook in medium flame
once the egg mix well with mutton, turn off the flame
now mutton egg burji is ready to serve
