- Mutton 100gram -
- Egg 2 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- cumin seed 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- coriander masala 1 tsp -
- Ginger : small piece -
- garlic 2 no. -
- Curry leaves 5 no. -

Instructions
- mince the mutton and clean and wash it
- add tomato and green chili and mix well
- add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander masala and mix well
- add minced mutton and mix well
- add 4 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cooked
- once the mutton get cooked add egg
- mix well and allow to cook in medium flame
- once the egg mix well with mutton, turn off the flame
- now mutton egg burji is ready to serve
