in a pressure cooker add nattu kozhi, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and allow for 3 whistle
powder the cardamom, cinnamon and clove
in a bowl add 1 sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and cardamon powder
once the chicken get cooked remove from water
add boiled chicken with onion, mix well and marinate for 1/2 an hour
in a pan heat the oil and add remaining sliced onion and red chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
add coriander and mint leaves and mix well
add coconut paste and mix well
now add marinated chicken and mix well
add red chili powder and salt and mix well
add colour powder and mix well
add the chicken stock and mix well and allow to cook for 15 minues until the chicken get mix well with coconut flavor
once the chicken get cooked and water get dry turn off the flame
nattu kozhi thengai varuval is ready. garnish with coriander leaves
