karuveppilai thuvayalkaruvepalai /curry leaves thogayal which can be had with idli, dosa as well as with rice.

Ingredients
  

  • curry leaves 1 cup
  • small onion 4 or 5 no.
  • green chili 2 no.
  • red chili 2 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • Garlic 2 no.
  • fennel seed 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • oil 2 tsp
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • take coconut, curry leaves, ginger garlic, green chili, red chili, fennel seed, salt and onion
  • add all and grind it by adding little water
  • temper the mustard and broken urad dal in oil and transfer into karuvepalai thuvaiya, karuvepalai thuvaiyal is ready
