- small onion 4 or 5 no.
- green chili 2 no.
- red chili 2 no.
- ginger small piece
- Garlic 2 no.
- fennel seed 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- grated coconut 1/4 cup
- oil 2 tsp
- mustard 1/2 tsp
- broken urad dal 1/4 tsp
take coconut, curry leaves, ginger garlic, green chili, red chili, fennel seed, salt and onion
add all and grind it by adding little water
temper the mustard and broken urad dal in oil and transfer into karuvepalai thuvaiya, karuvepalai thuvaiyal is ready
