Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Beetroot Leaf
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Red chili
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Coconut
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the beetroot leaf
  • Now chop the Leaf and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard , urad dal, red chili
  • Now add onion and saute well
  • Now add leaf and cook well with 1/4 cup water
  • Now add salt and cook till water evaporate
  • Now add coconut and mix well and turn off and now its ready to serve
