Beetroot Poriyal

- 1 bunch Beetroot Leaf
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 Red chili
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp Coconut
- 1 tsp Oil
Wash and clean the beetroot leaf
Now chop the Leaf and keep aside
In pan add oil and temper mustard , urad dal, red chili
Now add onion and saute well
Now add leaf and cook well with 1/4 cup water
Now add salt and cook till water evaporate
Now add coconut and mix well and turn off and now its ready to serve
