Ingredients
  

  • Egg 1 no.
  • onion 1/4 cup
  • carrot 1/5 cup
  • red chili powder 3 pinch
  • pepper 3 pinch
  • turmeric powder 1 pinch
  • salt 1 pinch
  • cumin seed powder 1 pinch
  • coriander powder 1 pinch
  • fenugreek seed powder 1 pinch
  • curry leaves to garnish
  • coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion and carrot
  • in a bowl add egg, chopped onion, carrot, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper, salt, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, fenugreek seed powder, coriander leaves and beet well
  • heat the tawa and pour the egg mixture and apply oil and cook for 2 minutes
  • turn the side and cook for 2 minutes
  • chettinadu egg omelet is ready, garnish with curry leaves
