Corn Capsicum Egg Fried Rice
this is easy recipe and lunch box menu for all. its good in fiber and protein. its healthy and colorful recipe

- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/4 cup Capsicum both color
- 2 Egg
- 1 cup Cooked rice /left over rice
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 chopped Onion
In pan add oil and add onion and ginger garlic saute well
Now add capsicum and corn saute well
Now add eggs and cook well till its scramble
Now add salt and soy sauce and pepper and mix well
Now add rice and mix well
Now add vinegar and mix well and turn off
