Ragi Idly Upma is a very simple and delicious dish made with leftover idlis.This is a very common breakfast dish in South India and very healthy too.

- ragi idlies 3 nos
- chopped onions 1 cup
- grated coconut 1 sp
- lime juice 1 sp
- coriander leaf few
- mustard seeds 1 sp
- channa dal 1 sp
- urad dal 1 sp
- curry leafs few
- green chilli 1 no
- ginger chopped 1 sp
- salt to taste
shred the idlies as shown
in a pan fry onions with mustard channa dal urad dal and curry leafs also with green chillies and ginger
add onions
add shredded idlies
add grated coconut and lime juice and serve
