  • ragi idlies 3 nos
  • chopped onions 1 cup
  • grated coconut 1 sp
  • lime juice 1 sp
  • coriander leaf few
  • mustard seeds 1 sp
  • channa dal 1 sp
  • urad dal 1 sp
  • curry leafs few
  • green chilli 1 no
  • ginger chopped 1 sp
  • salt to taste


  • shred the idlies as shown
  • in a pan fry onions with mustard channa dal urad dal and curry leafs also with green chillies and ginger
  • add onions
  • add shredded idlies
  • add grated coconut and lime juice and serve
