Chilla

It is a tasty break fast for kids and adults.Kids love this very much,It is very easy to prepare,We can give this as a lunch box item for kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 4 Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a vessel combine gram flour and green chilies add 1/2 cup water and whisk to make a smooth batter.
  • Add chopped onions ,coriander leaves,salt and whisk continuously to avoid any lumps.
  • Heat the pan. add 1 spoon batter in the center of pan spread it around by gently swirling the pan.Cook until it begins to set.
  • Carefully flip chilla continues to cook on the other side.
  • Now tasty chilla is ready to serve.
