- 1 cup Prawns
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 5 Curry leaf
- 1 cup Water
Cook prawns with 1 cup water for 5 minutes.When it is cooked ,drain the water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai. add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add coriander powder ,chili powder and turmeric powder,saute for a minute.
Add cooked prawns to this and saute for a minute.
Add chili powder,salt and curry leaves,saute for a minute.
Now kerala traditional prawns fry is ready.
