Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 5 Curry leaf
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Cook prawns with 1 cup water for 5 minutes.When it is cooked ,drain the water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder ,chili powder and turmeric powder,saute for a minute.
  • Add cooked prawns to this and saute for a minute.
  • Add chili powder,salt and curry leaves,saute for a minute.
  • Now kerala traditional prawns fry is ready.
