Semiya Pulav
this is a simple & quick recipe, more healthy with nice aroma. In this we added more vegetables. It looks colorful.

- 1 pack/ Semiya/ Vermicelli
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 2 Chopped Carrot
- 1/4 cup Green Peas
- 1 tsp Red chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Gharam Masala
- Salt As required
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Cloves, Cinnamon
- 3 tbp Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Coriyander & mint leaves For taste
In a pan, add oil and temper cloves, cinnamon
Now add onion and saute well
Add ginger garlic paste then saute, add tomato cook till it turns into soft
Now add carrot and Green peas cook well
Add red chilly powder & garam masala, Salt
Add coriander and mint leaves
Add water then bring to boil, and then add semiya mix well and cook 10 minutes
Now the Semiya Pulav is ready to serve.
