chop the cauliflower
add small onion and green chili in a mixi jar
make a fine paste by adding little water
chop onion and tomato
heat the oil and ghee in a pressure cooker and temper the aniseed, cinnamon, clove, cardamom and bay leaf
add chopped onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
add chopped tomato and mix well
add mint and coriander leaves and mix it
add ginger garlic paste and onion green chili paste and mix well and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
add salt, red chili powder and garam masala and mix well
add cauliflower and peas and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
now add 2 cup of water for 1 cup of rice and allow to boil
once boiled add rice and mix well and keep the flame in low
allow to cook for 5 mins and close the lid and allow until the whistle comes. turn off the flame before whistle come
now cauliflower briyani is ready. serve with raitha
