Instructions
Grind pepper corns along with ginger garlic crushed, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, lime juice and salt to a thick paste. Marinate the cleaned and washed fish and keep it aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fishes till both sides become brown and crispy.
Mathi is ready to serve. It goes well with boiled rice or kappa.
