Curry Leaves Powder
Curry leaves powder can be stored for a month and can be used when needed. Nothing can beat the fresh flavor of homemade curry leaves powder.

- curry leaves 1 cup
- Red chili 5no.
- Cumin seed 1 tsp
- pepper seed 1 tsp
- bengal gram 3 tsp
- urad dal 3 tsp
- asafoetida 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
dry roast the red chili, cumin seed and pepper seed
again dry roast the bengal gram and urad dal
add asafoetida and turn off the flame
dry roast the curry leaves for 3 minutes
add salt. allow to cool and make as a powder by grinding it
curry leaves powder is ready. serve with rice by adding oil or ghee
