Cauliflower Rice Tikkis
yummy tikkis made with rice cauliflower is a good snack for chilren inthe eveningsand it is a rice source of diatery fiber

- cauliflower grated 1 cup
- cooked rice 1 cup
- corn flour 2 sp
- pepper powder 1 sp
- coriander powder 1 sp
- turmeric 1/4 sp
- chat masala 1 sp
- salt to taste
- peanut and seasame powder
- mint and coriander leafs
add all the ingredients together
mix well and make into a dough and make small balls out of it
shallow fry in oil both the sides and serve
