Coriander Pulao

Coriander Leaves Pulao, a fantastic flavoured rice with nice aroma.This Pulao has a rich flavour and it is very tasty too. A perfect lunch menu - Corainder leaves Pulao with Onion Raitha.

Ingredients
  

  • basmathi rice( soak for 10 mins) 1 cup
  • coriander leafs 1 bunch
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chilli 1 no.
  • 5 nos shallots 4
  • 4 cloves ginger garlic 3
  • cardamom 3
  • cinnamon 2
  • jeera 1 sp
  • 5 cloves 4
  • water 2 cups

Instructions
 

  • grind coriander ,ginger garlic shallots and green chilli and keep aside
  • in a cooker add oil and saute gram masala
  • add onions
  • now add the ground paste to it
  • when saute add the rice
  • stir for a min and add 2 cups water
  • cover the lid for a whistle and serve
