basmathi rice( soak for 10 mins) 1 cup
coriander leafs 1 bunch
onion 1 no.
green chilli 1 no.

water 2 cups
Instructions
grind coriander ,ginger garlic shallots and green chilli and keep aside
in a cooker add oil and saute gram masala
add onions
now add the ground paste to it
when saute add the rice
stir for a min and add 2 cups water
cover the lid for a whistle and serve
