Garlic Curry Leaves Powder

I made this powder not very spicy and is perfect as a side dish for idli/dosa/chapati. Garlic and curry leaves add flavor of this powder.

Ingredients
  

  • Garlic 10no.
  • curry leaves 1 cup
  • red chili 5 no.
  • urad dal 1/2 cup
  • asafoetida 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • dry roast the curry leaves
  • dry roast the garlic
  • add urad dal and fry it until it turn into golden color
  • and also dry roast the red chili
  • add salt and allow to cool and make as a powder by grinding it with out water
  • garlic curry leaves powder is ready
