- 4 Egg
- 1 chopped Potato
- 1 chopped Carrot
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup Coriander
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 chopped Green chili
- 2 tsp Oil
Chop the veggies and keep aside
Now beat egg and keep aside
Now mix all veggies well. rest for 5 minutes
Mix coriander and salt and pepper
In small non stick sauce pan add oil
Now pour mixture cook for 10 minutes in low flame
Turn the omelette pressure and cook for 5 minutes
now transfer to plate and allow to cool for 5 minutes and cut in slices
Now its ready to serve
