Ingredients
  

  • 4 Egg
  • 1 chopped Potato
  • 1 chopped Carrot
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup Coriander
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 chopped Green chili
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop the veggies and keep aside
  • Now beat egg and keep aside
  • Now mix all veggies well. rest for 5 minutes
  • Mix coriander and salt and pepper
  • In small non stick sauce pan add oil
  • Now pour mixture cook for 10 minutes in low flame
  • Turn the omelette pressure and cook for 5 minutes
  • now transfer to plate and allow to cool for 5 minutes and cut in slices
  • Now its ready to serve
