Lamb Liver Masala
Mutton liver, sauted in garlic-ginger paste and Indian spices, is a tasty non-vegetarian comfort food and makes a great side dish or accompaniment for a meal. dhabas and restaurants especially to have with drinks. Made with a mixture of spices and liver together combined and nicely coated.

Lamb Liver 1/2 Kg Onion 1 no. Tomato 1 no. green chili 2 no. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp salt to taste turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander masala 1 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp grated coconut 2 tsp coriander leaves to garnish curry leaves 10 no.
Chop the onion, tomato and green chili
in a pan heat the oil and add onion green chili and curry leaves and saute ti for 5 minutes
add tomato, salt and turmeric powder and mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
wash and clean the liver and chop into small pieces
add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
add red chili powder, coriander masala and pepper and mix well
add lamb liver and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
now add required water for lamb to get cook well
once the lamb liver get cooked and the water get dry add grated coconut, mix well and turn off the flame
lamb liver masala is ready to serve. garnish with coriander leaves
