par boil the lamb liver by adding water and salt in pressure cooker by allowing 2 whistles
chop the onion, green chilli and ginger
in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and bengal gram
add curry leaves, ginger and green chili and mix well
add onion, salt and saute it until it get brown
now add lamb blood and mix well and allow to boil
add par boiled liver and mix well
add 1 glass water and allow to cook until the water and blood get mix well with liver and get dry
add grated coconut and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame
now ratha poriyal is ready
