Ingredients
  

  • lamb blood 1 cup
  • Lamb Liver 1/2 kg
  • onion 2 no.
  • green chili 5 no.
  • ginger 1/4 cup
  • oil 5 tsp
  • mustard 1tsp
  • bengal gram 2 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 bunch
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • par boil the lamb liver by adding water and salt in pressure cooker by allowing 2 whistles
  • chop the onion, green chilli and ginger
  • in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and bengal gram
  • add curry leaves, ginger and green chili and mix well
  • add onion, salt and saute it until it get brown
  • now add lamb blood and mix well and allow to boil
  • add par boiled liver and mix well
  • add 1 glass water and allow to cook until the water and blood get mix well with liver and get dry
  • add grated coconut and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame
  • now ratha poriyal is ready
