- lamb blood 1 cup -
- Lamb Liver 1/2 kg -
- onion 2 no. -
- green chili 5 no. -
- ginger 1/4 cup -
- oil 5 tsp -
- Mustard : 1tsp -
- bengal gram 2 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -
- Salt to taste -
- Coriander leaves : to garnish -

Instructions
- in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and bengal gram
- add curry leaves, ginger and green chili and mix well
- now add lamb blood and mix well and allow to boil
- add par boiled liver and mix well
- add grated coconut and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame
- now ratha poriyal is ready
