dal 1 cup
shallot 10 to 15
dried red chilly powder 3 tsp
curry leaves 1 sprig
tomato 1
water as needed
salt to taste
Instructions
grind the shallot using a motor and pestle
Add dried red chilly powder to shallots
grind it well
heat a pan
Add oil when its hot
add the grinded mixture to it
sauté it well
add tomato and curry leaves
add dal,salt and water to it.
close the pan and wait until it gets cooked.
our dish is ready to serve.
