Mughal Mushroom Biriyani

Mughal Musroom Biriyani is a flavoured biriyani prepared with unique spices used by Mughals. This spicy biriyani can be a treat for holiday lunch. It has a nice aroma and texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi Rice
  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • 3 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chili
  • Mint and coriander leaves small hand
  • 1/ tsp Red chili
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves and cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil and ghee
  • cloves and cinnamon, cardamom each 2

Instructions
 

  • In pressure pan add oil and temper cloves and cinnamon, cardamom
  • Now add chopped onion and green chili saute well
  • Now add Ginger garlic paste saute well till raw smell goes
  • Now add clove cinnamon powder mix well
  • Now add chopped tomato and cook till soft
  • Now add chopped mushroom and cook well
  • Now add salt and red chili powder and cook well
  • Now add curd and lime juice one by one and stir well
  • Now add water 1:1.5 cup water and bring to boil
  • Now add soaked rice and mix well and close lid cook for ten mins in low flame
  • Now its ready to serve mix slightly. Mughal mushroom biriyani is ready
