- 2 big Kattirikkai
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
chop the egg plant
In pan or vessel add water salt, turmeric bring to boil and add chopped eggplant and cook till color change
Now strain from water and drain excess water with cooking towel
Now transfer to plate and keep in sun ligth for 4 days
