ragi 2 cups
rice 1 cup
urad dal 1/2 cup
mustard ,urad and channa dals each 1 sp
curry leafs few
red chilli
onion chopped 1 cup
grated carrots 1/2 cup
salt to taste
Instructions
soak ragi urad dal and rice for 3 hrs. grind and ferment for 5 hrs
make a batter like this
saute mustard ,urad and channa dal, onions and curry leaves and grated carrots
in a panniyaram pan cook both sides serve hot
