Peanut Tamarind Paste
This tangy paste prepared with peanuts is rich in taste and it can be preserved for a months time.

- tamarind 100 gms
- peanuts dry roasted a handful
- mustard 1Tsp
- urad dal 1Tsp
- channa dal 1 Tsp
- 6 nos curry leaf few red chillies 5
- salt to taste
- seasame 1 Tsp
- turmeric 1 Tsp
in a pan add the seasonings and red chillies
to it add tamarind paste along with turmeric,salt
make a powder of peanuts and seasame
add the powder along with some whole peanuts
simmer the flame for few mins mix required amount of this paste with rice and serve
