Dal Cutlet
these cutlets are made with toor dal are good in protins and ideal for children who preffer chats

- 1 cup Toor dal
- 1 sp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 no green chilli
- coconut grated 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- onion chopped 1 cup
- Curry leaf few string
- Coriander leaves few
soak toor dal and urad dal in water for 1 hr
along with jeera, coconut,chilli salt run it in a mixier
after grinding add choppedd onions and coriander,curry leaves to it
pat the dough to small cutlet shapes and steam the cutlets for 10 minutes
when cooked shallow fry in oil both the sides and serve
