Pazham Nirachathu

Ingredients
  

  • banana 5
  • coconut 1 cup
  • cashew nuts 10 to 15
  • dry grapes 10 to 15
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • shallot 3
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • milk 1 tablespoon
  • sugar 2 tablespoon or as needed
  • salt as needed

Instructions
 

  • take nuts ,sliced shallots ,grapes and cardamom powder in a plate
  • add coconut to it
  • mix everything well
  • heat a pan and add the mixture to it
  • stir well and add sugar
  • stir well until the sugar melts . then turn off the flame and let it cool
  • take the all purpose flour and add salt to it
  • pour water to make it a smooth batter
  • pour little milk
  • make a hole in the banana for filling.
  • then fill the coconut mixture to it
  • then cover banana with the batter
  • do same with all banana.
  • when its covered fully
  • heat a pan with oil to deep fry
  • then add the stuffed banana to it
  • let it become brown every side
  • when its brown transfer to the serving plate.
  • its very yummy snack ,we can have it either hot or cold.
