boil the egg and cut into two pieces
finely chop the onion and tomato
in a plate take cumin seed, black pepper seed, cinnamom, red chili and coriander seeds
dry roast the all the masala
make a paste by adding vinegar or lemon juice and water
in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard
add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute it until it becomes golden brown
add chopped tomato and mix well for 3 minutes.
add ginger garlic paste, salt,turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
now add the paste which we prepared and mix well and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
water required water for gravy and allow to cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame
mean while prepare coconut paste
add the coconut paste into the gravy and allow to cook until the gravy become thick consistency
now add boiled egg and turn off the flame
now egg vantalu is ready. serve with rice
