Maize Idly / Makka Cholam Idly
During winter we often make roti, parantha with maize but idli made with it also comes out yummy

Total Time 4 hours hrs
- Maize 2 cup
- idly rice 1cup
- Urad dal 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Soak Rice and Maize in water for 4 hours
add soaked urad dal and grind it as idly batter and allow to get ferment
now add salt, mix well and prepare idly in idly steamer
now maize idly got ready, serve with coconut chutney
