Mushroom Paneer Paratha

Mushroom Paneer Paratha is delicious dish in which the Indian bread is stuffed with grated paneer. It is a filling and healthy dish usually served with raitha, curd or pickle.

Ingredients
  

  • wheat 3cup
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • onion 1no.
  • tomato 1/2no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • mushroom 1 cup
  • paneer 1 cup
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • in a bowl add wheat, salt and water and make as dough
  • chop the onion tomato and mushroom and grate the paneer
  • in pan heat the ghee and add onion and saute it
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and red chili powder and mix well
  • add chopped mushroom and grated paneer and mix well
  • from a dough take a small ball and roll in small shape and stuff the mushroom paneer.
  • cover and roll it again
  • in a tawa put the stuff roll and cook it both the side by applying oil
  • now mushroom paneer paratha is ready to serve. serve with raitha
