Cheese Calzone
calzone recipe or closed pocket pizza . This vegetarian recipe of calzone stuffed with a filling of Carrot cabbage , herbs and cheese

For Pizza Dough :
- 1 cup All Purpose flour
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
For filling :
- 2 tbsp Chili Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Mixed vegetable
- 1/4 tsp Italy Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Cheese
- Oil for greasing
in warm water add yeast and sugar and rest till foam rise.
Mix with flour and add salt and more water and make sticky dough
Rest for some hours for rise its double
Take some dough and spread in hands with circle shape
Now apply chili tomato sauce and spread it
Now stuff vegetables and sprinkle salt
Now sprinkle some herbs
Now add cheese and fold one and close with edges . apply oil in tray place allumini foil and places calzone
pre heat oven for 10 mins 250 degree and place in tray and bake for 15- 20 mins in oven
Now its ready to serve Cheese calzone
