Temple Medhu Vadai
Vada are an indispensable part of the menu in Hindu festivals with garlands of Vada offered to Hanuman on auspicious days in South Indian Temples.

- Urad dal 1/2kg
- salt to taste
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- maida 2 tsp
- corn flour 2 tsp
- rice flour 2 tsp
- cumin seed 1 tsp
- black pepper seed 1 tsp
- coriander leaves 3 tsp
- oil to fry
Soak the urad dal for 1 hour and grind it without adding water, if needed just spray the water, make as a batter
in bowl add urad dal batter, salt, red chili powder, maida, corn flour, rice flour, coriander leaves and mix it
now add cumin seed and black pepper seed and mix well
heat the oil in the pan and fry the urad dal batter in vadai shape
temple style medhuvadai is ready to serve
