Beetroot Paniyaram
This is a healthy and simple recipe. We usually do paniyaram in sweet and spicy, but beetroot paniyaram is different.

- 1/2 cup Beetroot
- 1 big Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Channa dal
- Salt As per Taste
- Oil For Greasing
- 1 bowl Idly Batter
In a pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, channadal
Now add chopped onion then saute well
Now add grated beetroot and little salt then saute well.
Now transfer to idly batter then mix well
In paniyaaram pan add little oil in all areas then pour the mixed batter.
Cook both sides and take out from the pan.
Now serve Beetroot paniyaaram with coconut and red chilly chutney.
