Sweet Ulundhu Vadai
This recipe is one of the traditional sweet recipe, Inippu Ulunthu Vadai or Sweet Medhu Vada

- Urad Dal 1/2 kg
- sugar 1 cup
- maida 2 tsp
- corn flour 2 tsp
- rice flour 2 tsp
- oil to fry
soak the urad dal in water and grind it by adding sugar
make as a thick batter, dont add water while grinding it , if needed just spray the water
in bowl add urad dal batter, maida, corn flour and rice flour and mix well
heat the oil in the pan and fry the urad dal batter in vada shape
filter the oil by pressing both the side of vada with two spatula
ullandhu vada is ready to serve
