Onion Garlic Rice

This is a very simple and easy pack for lunch boxes. This has a nice aroma.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 nos Shallot
  • 10 flakes Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 1 string Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • Salt As per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.5 cup Cooked Rice
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, curry leaves.
  • Add shallots and garlic saute well.
  • Now add salt, turmeric, red chilly powder.
  • Mix well in heat turn into low flame and add rice mix well rest for 5 mins low flame.
  • Now the Onion Garlic Rice is ready to serve.
