cook cleaned prawns using turmeric powder ,salt ,water and cocum
when its cooked, turn off the flame
heat a kadai and add oil and mustard when its hot
add onion ,ginger, garlic, green chilly
sauté it well
add the prawns to it
take coconut ,coriander powder,perum jeerakam and curry leaves
add this to the kadai
stir well and make it to low flame
when it becomes to a roasted state , turn off the flame
our dish is ready to serve.
serve along with rice or chappathi.
