Slice boneless piece of chicken into square shapes.
Pour cornflour.
Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Then heat a pan, add oil and slightly fry our chicken.
Check if the chicken is cooked well.
Take it out and keep in a casserole.
Heat another pan and pour oil. When its hot, add red chilly flakes and stir well.
Add onion, ginger, garlic and stir well.
Add capsicum, sauté it well
Add the sauces and mix well.
Add 1 cup of water.
When it boils, pour salt as needed and add fried chicken to it.
Stir well.
Close the pan for 5 minutes and keep in low flame.
Our yummy dish is ready.
Take it along with fried rice or chappathi.
