Cut the idli into small cubes
in a bowl add idli, salt, red chili powder, color powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida and rice flour
mix well and marinate for 5 minutes
heat the oil in the pan and fry the idli
remove the idly from the oil and keep aside
chop the onion, tomato and green chili
in a pan heat the oil and add onion, green chilies and saute it for 5 minutes until the onion turn into golden brown
add chopped tomato and mix well
add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
add tomato sauce and mix well
add fried idly, mix well and allow to cook in a medium flame for 5 minutes
idly chili fry is ready
