Instructions
- Cut the idli into small cubes
- mix well and marinate for 5 minutes
- heat the oil in the pan and fry the idli
- remove the idly from the oil and keep aside
- add chopped tomato and mix well
- add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
- add tomato sauce and mix well
- add fried idly, mix well and allow to cook in a medium flame for 5 minutes
- idly chili fry is ready
