Ingredients
  

  • catla fish 1 kg
  • tamarind water 4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 3 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • color powder 1 pinch
  • corn flour 4 tsp
  • rice flour 4 tsp
  • maida 2 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • clean and wash the catla fish
  • in bowl add red chili powder, color powder,salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste. tamarind water, maida, corn flour, and rice flour
  • mix well like a paste without adding water
  • add fish and mix well
  • marinate for 1 hour
  • heat the oil in the pan and deep fry the fish
  • fish deep fry is ready
