catla fish 1 kg tamarind water 4 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder 3 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt to taste color powder 1 pinch corn flour 4 tsp rice flour 4 tsp maida 2 tsp oil to fry
clean and wash the catla fish
in bowl add red chili powder, color powder,salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste. tamarind water, maida, corn flour, and rice flour
mix well like a paste without adding water
add fish and mix well
marinate for 1 hour
heat the oil in the pan and deep fry the fish
fish deep fry is ready
