Cucumber Tulasi Soup
enjoy cucumber with holi basil leaves ..it is a good body coolant at the same time prevents from getting cold and cough

- cucumber chopped 1 cup
- onions diced 1/2 cup
- butter 1 spoon
- salt 1/2 spoon
- white pepper 1/2 spoon
- 4 tulasi leaves 3 holi basil
- 4 mint leaves 3
- rice starch 1 cup( excess water strained after rice is cooked)
heat butter and add onions
add cucumber and saute
add mint leaves
add rice starch and let it cook in a low flame
cover it with a lid and cook for 10 mins
strain the soup and the pulp separately
run the pulp in a mixer with little water and strain it to the already strained soup
now heat soup in a low flame for 2 minutes adding tulasi leaves and serve
