Naattu Kozhi Roast

This is tamil nadu special dish at home. every one will like this dish to have along with dal rice or curd rice

Ingredients
  

  • naattu kozhi 1/2 kg
  • onion 2 no.
  • tomato 1 no.small
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • chicken masala 2 to 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 6 tsp
  • mustard 1 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 bunch

Instructions
 

  • finely chop the onion, tomato
  • wash and clean the chicken
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard and curry leaves
  • add onion and saute it for 5 min until it turn into brown
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow for 5 mins in medium flame until the raw smell goes out
  • add chicken and mix well, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper, chicken masala and salt and mix well.
  • dont add water and allow to cook in oil until the chicken get cooked well, if needed add oil
  • allow the chicken get dry and the masala gets crispy and dark brown colour.. cook in medium flame
  • naattu kozhi roast is ready to serve
